INFORMATIVE NOTE ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESS EX. ART. 13 OF THE LAW 196/03

The data will be registered and processed by paper and magnetic support and will be kept in accordance with the rules given by the technical specifications annexed to the Codex regarding the Protection of Personal Dataand electronically.

3. The provision of the data is:

Providing such data is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in paragraphs a, b, a refusal to grant the requested data will make impossible the process of documents relating to the object of the assumed obligations. The provision of information regarding point c is optional.

4. Data communication and distribution area:

The data can be processed by the personnel of ELEN srl Via Strada Nazionale Adriatica Sud 259 -61 032 - Fano (PU) (operational staff and administrative staff) and may be shared with:

• Consultants and / or professionals to carry out the administrative and accounting practices;

• Administration and financial institutions may be allowed in the form and manner prescribed by law; • Any consultants and / or professionals for the practices related to the assigned performance.

The data will not be disclosed.

• Police Office in accordance with the directives issued by the Ministerial Decree of 5 July 1994;
